Santa Fe Literary Festival
Brand development from zero for the new (launching 2022) Santa Fe Literary Festival. Logo design, creative direction and web development. (Charlotte Moore: CD, AD, CW, Design. Photography: Jack Parsons)
Web, home page header and opener, showing the logo design, the rallying cry and the central visual concept.
The development of a series of related identities for linked initiatives. While the Santa Literary Festival was the primary focus, two other related logo assignments emerged. Santa Fe Circle, the umbrella organization for the festival and other upcoming cultural undertakings. And Story Ladder, an initiative designed to help the very youngest, members of the Santa Fe community, redefine their own lives through reading, story-telling and writing.
The book-as-window is the recurring, unifying graphic element of the logo solutions. But it appears throughout the website and launch materials as well, through a photographic device which merges the beautiful landscape photography of Santa Fe photographer Jack Parsons with the open spread of a book.
